Jeff Bannister

Jeff Bannister

Jeff Bannister is a dynamic and creative executive with extensive experience in operations, marketing, and digital media production. He has a proven track record of developing and implementing successful processes and procedures that have led to increased sales, improved efficiency, and enhanced customer satisfaction. Jeff has worked with a variety of businesses, from small startups to large corporations, and has a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in today's competitive market.

With a background in both business management and digital media production, Jeff brings a unique perspective to the table. He is passionate about leveraging the power of technology to help businesses grow and thrive. Whether it's creating a dynamic marketing campaign or streamlining operations, Jeff is committed to helping businesses achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

Lindy Bannister

Lindy Bannister

Co-Founder | Consultant

Lindy Bannister is a visionary operations executive with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and driving revenue growth. As the co-founder of North Bend Consulting, Lindy brings a wealth of experience to her role, having managed a diverse range of businesses, including food service, grocery stores, retail, and more.

Throughout her career, Lindy has been dedicated to community engagement, working with organizations such as the Rotary and Chamber of Commerce. She has also served on the boards of several businesses, including Frontier Natural Products. Lindy is passionate about helping businesses thrive and believes in collaborating with staff, management, and boards to achieve success.

Sally Williamson

Sally Williamson, LPC

Consultant

Sally Williamson is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina and a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina, with over 12 years of experience in the field. She is currently an independent contractor, providing counseling services to clients in both states. Sally has also worked as a therapist at Family Preservation Services and the 15th Judicial Circuit in North and South Carolina. She has a particular expertise in working with children, including as a forensic interviewer at The CARE House of the Pee Dee, where she was also Executive Director for a year. Sally holds a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Carolina University.

In addition to her work as a counselor, Sally has volunteered as a counseling intern at several organizations, including SCI Network, Family Bridges Therapeutic Associates, and Grace Aftercare Church. She is also a National Certified Counselor through the National Board of Certified Counselors. Sally's experience and dedication to helping others make her a valuable resource for those seeking mental health counseling services.

Bob Jette

Bob Jette

Consultant

Bob Jette brings decades of experience in the retail and business industries to his work. He grew up in his family's grocery store in New Hampshire and went on to work in various positions in the meat and seafood business for over 20 years, culminating in his role as the Meat and Seafood Department Manager at Food Matters Market. Bob's dedication to the community is evident in his volunteer work, which includes projects for local churches and food banks.

In addition to his extensive experience in retail and business, Bob has also worked as an assistant football coach and food service area manager for Dartmouth College. He has a proven track record of success in managing P&L, inventory control, staffing, scheduling, and employee development. As a member of the National Association of Convenience Stores and former President of the Lebanon Outing Club, Bob is committed to excellence in his work and in the community.
